How do I order my personal wedding website from Our Big Day?
Simply complete the simple online order form you will find
here and we will call or e-mail you to let you know exactly what information
we need from you.
Can I order a website as a wedding gift?
Yes, Our Big Day personalised wedding websites make the ideal gift
for any couple. Just complete the order form and
we will contact you for their details. If the Bride and Groom already have
a wedding site from Our Big Day why not buy them an upgrade - please
contact us for more details and prices of our upgrade packages.
Can you match the colours we have chosen for our wedding?
Yes, all of our designs can be changed to coordinate with the rest of your
wedding. Just let us know what you would like.
How do I pay for my personal wedding website?
We are happy to accept payment online using Paypal or by cheque
or BACS, please contact us for more information.
Full payment must be made before we start work on your site.
What information will you need from me?
Once we receive your order form we will contact you to talk through
exactly what you need to send us. We will need information about where your
ceremony will be held, the venue for the reception and information about
the Bride and Groom. Any photographs you would like to include can be sent
to us by e-mail or on a disk though we can scan photos for you if necessary.
As soon as we have received your payment work will begin on your site. Have

How will my guests know where to find my site?
We will let you know what your website address will be so that you can include
on your wedding invitations and tell your family and friends. If you have
bought one of our Silver or Gold packages then your website address will
be (for example) www.our-big-day.co.uk/jennyandjohn. If you have bought
our premium Platinum package then we will buy a suitable domain name for
you subject to availability. This could be www.jennyandjohn.co.uk for example.
We will discuss the various options with you when we contact you about your
order.
When should we order our wedding web site from Our Big Day?
Ideally you should think about ordering your wedding site about 4-6 months before
your wedding which will ensure you are able to include the web address in
your invitations. If you are sending out "save the date" cards then you
might want to begin a little earlier. However, if you have left things a little late we will do our best to get your site up as quickly as we can.
How long will it take for Our Big Day to make my site?
We know you will be excited about seeing your wedding site online so once
we have all the information and any photos from you we aim to have your
site ready within two weeks.
How do I send my photos to you?
You can send digital images to us by e-mail or send us your prints by post and we will scan them for you. We recommend you send copies as although
we will return them all to you we cannot guarantee they won't get lost in the post.
How long will my website stay online?
Silver package websites will be online until one month after the wedding.
Gold packages will be hosted until 3 months after the wedding and Platinum
sites will last for two years. We can arrange an extension on any of these
dates, just get in touch to discuss it.
Can Our Big Day make me a website if I live outside the UK?
Yes, we would be delighted to hear from you no matter where in
the world you live. All of the order process and payment can be made online.
We ask that overseas clients pay using Paypal.
Can I have an online photo album?
Yes of course. If you just want an online album without the wedding website
then just get in touch and we will let you know
the price. The amount will vary depending on the number of photographs and
the format you send them to us in.
