
We aim to make your purchase from us as simple as possible and in the unlikely event of something going wrong rectify it as soon as we can.
Payments: We use Paypal to process payments on our behalf and they will take payments from either your existing Paypal account or your Credit/Debit Card. Paypal uses the the highest level of SSL security so you can buy with confidence!
We may exceptionally allow other methods of payment but you will need to contact us for payment information.
Delivery: We offer 1p delivery on all items within the UK. International prices vary depending on your location but will be specified as you move through the checkout process. We use 2nd class post for UK items and AirMail for International items.
In the event of non delivery please contact us and we will do our best to help. However, we have to wait 3 weeks on UK items, 4 weeks on European items and 5 weeks on items to the rest of the world before we can report lost or missing items to Royal Mail.
Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase from us is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that you should receive any product with a fault we will either replace the item or offer a full refund where the first option is not available.
You agree that a full refund is the limitation of our liability to you with regards to any products we resell on our site.
You agree that any other type of claim or complaint with regards to the individual products will be taken up directly with the product manufacturer.
Cancellation and Returns: You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of placing your order. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity by contacting us.
We accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase. Any returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Returned items can be sent to Our Big Day, 17 Shepherd Street, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN38 0ET.
If we have already posted your order, and you have taken delivery, you agree that you will be responsible for any costs associated in returning the goods to us. Returned goods must be received in the same condition as your received them for a refund to be applied. We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning any item.
